Requirements:
5+ years of proven success leading and developing marketing teams. 5-10 years of hands-on marketing experience in demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, branding, web design, social media. In-depth knowledge of current online marketing techniques, tools, and best practices. BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and listening skills. Ability to create and communicate innovative marketing strategies. High level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Demonstrated project and time management skills. Laser-focused analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to foster strong relationships. High level of personal and professional accountability. Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic and attitude. Marketing experience in the software industry (ERP and CRM) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of all marketing initiatives. Drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategy. Develop and execute demand generation programs with measurable ROI. Partner with BDR team for lead management and funnel optimization. Partner with Sales leadership for lead quality and conversion optimization. Oversee the Martech stack for automation, data insights, and buyer journey. Manage analytics, dashboards, and reporting for lead generation performance. Oversee brand messaging, creative assets, and thought leadership content. Strengthen brand and social media presence. Lead social media strategy. Enhance customer communications. Manage the marketing budget and performance metrics. Present marketing performance and insights to the Executive Team.
