Requirements:
5+ years of proven success leading and developing marketing teams. Marketing experience in the software industry (ERP and CRM) is highly preferred. 5-10 years of hands-on marketing experience (demand generation, digital marketing, content marketing, branding, web design, social media). In-depth knowledge of current online marketing techniques, tools, and best practices. BS/BA degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field strongly preferred. Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and listening skills. Ability to create and communicate innovative marketing strategies. High level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Act-On experience is a plus. Demonstrated project and time management skills. Laser-focused analytical skills, with strong attention to detail. Ability to foster strong relationships with customers, co-workers, and team members. High level of personal and professional accountability. Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic. Positive attitude and passion to succeed. Track record of delivering positive results in alignment with corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Lead strategy, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives. Drive pipeline and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategy. Develop and execute demand generation programs with measurable ROI. Partner with BDR team for inbound/outbound lead management. Partner with Sales leadership on lead quality and conversion. Oversee Martech stack for automation, data insights, and buyer journey. Manage analytics, dashboards, and reporting for lead generation performance. Evaluate and implement tools to improve marketing and sales efficiency. Oversee brand messaging, creative assets, and thought leadership content. Strengthen brand and social media presence. Lead social media strategy for community building and engagement. Enhance customer communications for relationships and retention. Manage marketing budget and performance metrics. Present marketing performance and insights to the Executive Team.
