Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or institutional relations within international education, English language assessment, or higher education. Proven record of achieving recognition and adoption of educational programs or assessments. Deep understanding of U.S. international admissions, pathway programs, and English Language Learning. Experience working with academia, government, and education agencies. Strong consultative sales, presentation, and relationship management skills. Excellent command of the English language (C2 level desired). Spanish a plus. Advanced computer literacy required. Willingness to travel across the U.S. and occasionally internationally (~30–40%). Strategic thinking, analytical, and execution skills. Collaborative team player with relationship-first approach. Passion for education, language learning, and global engagement. Ability to influence and build trust with senior institutional leaders. Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability.
