7+ years of experience in commercialization, product operations, or cross-functional project management within CPG, food & beverage, or sports nutrition. Past experience in retail, DTC, Amazon, and specialty channel dynamics. Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory teams. Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent). Proven ability to lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement cycles.
