Requirements:
7+ years of experience in commercialization, product operations, or cross-functional project management within CPG, food & beverage, or sports nutrition. Past experience in retail, DTC, Amazon, and specialty channel dynamics. Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory teams. Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or equivalent). Proven ability to lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement cycles.
Responsibilities:
Lead the commercialization and GTM workflow process that brings new products from concept to shelf on time and within budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regulatory to stay aligned and move fast. Track key launch metrics (OTIF, cycle time, readiness) and report progress to leadership. Identify and remove roadblocks that slow down execution or impact launch quality while also reporting on post-launch reviews to the leadership team. Build tools, templates, and systems that make the commercialization process faster, clearer, and easier for everyone to follow.
