Business Operations Senior Associate

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field. 3-5+ years experience in consulting, investment banking/private equity, or a fast-growing startup. Ability to operate independently and go deep on projects. Ability to build key cross collaborative relationships across the company. Demonstrated ability to work and influence cross-functionally. Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems using data and process improvement.

Act as a strategic partner to leadership, driving high-impact business initiatives. Collaborate closely with leadership to inform decision-making. Lead and execute key cross-functional initiatives to scale functions and build solutions. Proactively identify inhibitors to growth. Define and measure critical important metrics.
