- Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
- Analyze client accounting and finance workflows to translate them into clear requirements and practical system solutions.
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
- Support data migration, reconciliations, system setup, and integration coordination.
- Track milestones and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify risks early and escalate issues to keep customer launches on track.
