Requirements

4–7 years of experience in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation.
Proven background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or professional consulting environments.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, and go-live procedures.
Solid understanding of core accounting workflows, including month-end close, reconciliations, and ASC 606.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams.
Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment to ensure a smooth and timely implementation.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans.
Analyze client accounting and finance workflows to translate them into clear requirements and practical system solutions.
Guide customers through onboarding, training, change management, and adoption.
Support data migration, reconciliations, system setup, and integration coordination.
Track milestones and maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks early and escalate issues to keep customer launches on track.
