Associate Business Operations Manager

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related analytical field. 3+ years of experience in business operations, analytics, or a similar role involving process improvement and data analysis. Strong analytical skills with proven experience in working with large datasets to drive business insights and decision-making. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker). Demonstrated ability to improve and scale operational processes. Experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive operational efficiency. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong project management skills. Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate independently and with cross-functional teams.

Conduct advanced data analysis to define KPIs, evaluate trends, and drive insights. Support operational experiments and pilots, defining success metrics and analyzing results. Recommend strategies to scale quality clinical care and optimize processes for larger patient volumes. Support cross-functional initiatives to improve care delivery and drive efficiency. Contribute to workforce planning, ensuring coaches are hired, trained, and assigned effectively. Present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
