Document the healthcare buyer journey, build target personas, and scope competitive landscapes. Build customer and partner education tools. Own the creation and audit of all product and market claims, collateral, and references. Monitor and analyze healthcare trends, competitive shifts, US and global regulations, and best practices for bias mitigation in AI.
