Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape (health systems, payers, value-based care models, operational workflows). Demonstrated ability to partner with product and sales leadership to drive go-to-market alignment and measurable revenue impact. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, strategic messaging for executive audiences. Experience creating enablement and launch assets that directly support enterprise deal cycles. An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc). Strong project management skills (Asana) and comfort with Microsoft Excel.
