Track record of scaling a B2B SaaS company Prior experience leading a marketing function in a Series A or Series B company Deep experience across demand generation, account-based marketing, product marketing, events, customer marketing, and partner marketing Direct experience marketing to home improvement, construction, or field services industries (preferred) Strong partnership with Sales leadership Demonstrated success in hiring, mentoring, and scaling a marketing team Ability to use data to inform strategy and measure ROI Deep experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, analytics tools, and channel-specific platforms
