Requirements:
5+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, and directly managing channel partners for incremental revenue Customer-first approach with a growth mindset Experience achieving individual and company revenue goals Demonstrated lengthy tenure experience and solid results working strategically with Channel Partners Solid working knowledge and experience with database or other infrastructure software products Solid team player with ability to work in a matrix team environment Experience with and/or deep understanding of analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred Solid program management and business development skills Excellent presentation skills and communication skills, both written and verbal Willingness to travel across the region
Responsibilities:
Develop strategy, 2-year joint business plans and GTM model to scale partner accounts Lead onboarding process internally and externally Own and drive revenue growth of partner accounts Build regional partner executive-level relationships and channel partner affinity Develop integrated marketing campaigns to generate pipeline and leads Provide regular KPI reporting Generate strategic 2-year account plans and report on sales objectives Work with senior partner team to build and develop revenue-generating plans Develop EDB technologies' alignment to core business model and services delivery capabilities Manage quota, pipeline, and bookings of complementary solutions & services Leverage existing network for cross-company deal teams Manage day-to-day collaboration with Channel Partners and Account Executives Act as a single point of contact for GSIs to develop co-selling engagements Design, implement, and execute business and GTM plans for strategic partners Ensure strategic GSI partner sales & technical teams are trained and enabled Provide ongoing communication and reporting to management Develop and manage channel partners to scale the partner ecosystem
