Proposal Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in proposals, contracts, pricing, or operations (aerospace, defense, aviation, or manufacturing preferred). Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (requires U.S. Citizenship). Exceptional writing skills with proven ability to generate comprehensive documents under tight deadlines. Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, TINA, and other Government procurement regulations. Aptitude and experience in building structure and process. Ability to clearly articulate complex technical information. Ability to actively listen to understand business needs and build strong relationships. Comfort and experience working with diverse disciplines (Design, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance).

Craft compelling materials for customer market research and acquisition strategies. Write clear, persuasive technical, cost, and business narratives. Develop and implement pricing strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to close deals. Lead internal proposal reviews. Construct narratives and proposal documents to drive business growth. Analyze RFP/RFI/ROM requirements and coordinate response elements. Ensure adherence to FAR, TINA, and company policies. Partner with diverse stakeholders to pursue opportunities and execute strategy. Ensure absolute compliance with bespoke requirements. Manage and write high-quality responses to government and customer requests. Develop, maintain, and own strategic proposal structure. Establish and improve the end-to-end proposal process. Develop and curate a comprehensive content library. Coordinate with technical counterparts to represent company technology. Monitor, triage, and flag potential opportunities.
