Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university Minimum of 10 years in the biopharma industry Proven track record of consistent high performance in selling to large accounts Ability to travel up to 100% Must live within the stated territory Strong ability to communicate clinical product information Diverse experience in a matrixed environment including Reimbursement, Buy-and-Bill, Specialty Pharmacies, IDNs, and Federal channels Strong understanding and experience with laws, regulations, and industry codes governing interactions with Healthcare Professionals Results oriented with demonstrated time management skills Broad understanding of case management, market access, reimbursement, and selling medical benefit products Experience working with Hem/Onc, Rheumatology, Transplant, Hospital/IDN, Veterans Affairs, immunology, account management strategy, and new product launches Demonstrated effective time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Provide solutions to customers (HCPs, HCOs, Centers of Excellence, IDNs, VA Centers, Reimbursement Personnel, Practice Administrators) Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive customer action for patient benefit Identify shared priorities and develop strategic territory business plans Collaborate with cross-functional partners on account and territory strategy Demonstrate knowledge of the VA system and its regulations Aggregate customer and market data for selling engagements Utilize data-driven approach to prioritize customers/accounts
