4–7 years of experience in billing, finance operations, or revenue operations (preferably in a SaaS or usage-based pricing environment). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Comfort navigating financial tools and systems (nice-to-haves: Salesforce, Stripe, SQL, Google Sheets, Jira). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A process-driven mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent experience.
