Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial collections, credit risk, or portfolio management (fintech, SMB lending, factoring, or equipment finance preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding recovery targets in a B2B lending environment
- Strong understanding of secured/unsecured lending, UCC filings, lien enforcement, and business credit agreements
- Skilled negotiator who balances firmness with professionalism
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own the collections strategy for Parker’s lending portfolio
- Monitor delinquency metrics daily and drive targeted outreach
- Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructures
- Partner with Risk, Underwriting, and Customer Success
- Ensure compliance with commercial debt collection laws and UCC lien processes
- Collaborate with legal on enforcement and litigation
- Continuously refine workflows, systems, and policies
