2+ years of experience in collections or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Willingness to maintain a high level of integrity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfort learning new technologies like OneDrive, Asana, and proprietary software. Fluent in Spanish. Reside in one of the specified US states: Arizona, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Conduct outbound calls to customers behind on home loan payments. Assess customer financial situations and reasons for delinquency. Negotiate feasible payment plans or alternative arrangements. Accurately document customer interactions and agreements. Educate customers on timely payments and consequences of non-payment. Resolve customer concerns and disputes. Provide updates on collection efforts and recommend improvements.
