Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, finance operations, or order-to-cash roles Demonstrated success owning complex initiatives as an individual contributor Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and billing/collections tools (NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Intercom, Metronome, Orb) Familiarity with SOX compliance, AR controls, and reserve methodologies Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills Strong written and verbal communication skills

Lead cross-functional collections and accounts receivable initiatives Design and implement improvements to collections workflows, dunning strategies, and dispute resolution Partner on system enhancements, including automation, integrations, and ERP optimizations Drive month-end and quarter-end AR readiness Analyze and communicate collections and AR performance metrics Create, document, and maintain collections SOPs, playbooks, and controls Act as a subject-matter expert for collections and AR
