Corporate Counsel

J.D. from an accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of residence/practice 4–6 years of experience practicing corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, or transactional practice Public-company experience preferred Experience in aerospace, defense, or technology industries strongly preferred Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Familiarity with securities, antitrust, and regulatory considerations in M&A Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Practical and business-oriented approach to problem-solving Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Provide legal support for M&A transactions Advise on corporate governance matters Assist with corporate transactions, financings, and strategic initiatives Collaborate with finance and tax teams on structuring transactions Manage outside counsel on transactional and corporate matters Ensure compliance with corporate, securities, and regulatory requirements Lead and coordinate post-acquisition integration activities
