Director of Operations/Strategy

3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, investment banking or a similar role, preferably in a high-growth environment. MBA / Investment Banking / Consulting experience is a plus. Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and company-wide planning. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to build consensus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Understanding of open source software and artificial intelligence is a plus.

Lead annual and quarterly planning, ensuring team alignment with strategic goals. Track and monitor goals/roadmaps for alignment with Sentient mission & strategy. Facilitate cross-functional coordination, resolving dependencies and bottlenecks. Collaborate with department heads to drive execution and accountability. Improve company and cross-functional velocity through collaboration, communication and process. Prepare cofounder for meetings with market context, data, insights, and talking points. Represent the cofounder in meetings, ensuring their voice is accurately reflected. Draft communications and documents on behalf of the cofounder. Support the cofounder in making real-time decisions to move projects forward.
