7+ years of experience in executive search with a strong focus on HR and/or Legal leadership roles Experience running your own executive search practice or consultancy—or playing a senior role within one A deep understanding of how to embed AI and automation to streamline search, improve accuracy, and enhance candidate/client experience Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at the executive and board level A human-first mindset with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and business-smart recruiting A passion for building culture through leadership
