Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in executive search with a strong focus on HR and/or Legal leadership roles
- Experience running your own executive search practice or consultancy—or playing a senior role within one
- A deep understanding of how to embed AI and automation to streamline search, improve accuracy, and enhance candidate/client experience
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence at the executive and board level
- A human-first mindset with a commitment to ethical, inclusive, and business-smart recruiting
- A passion for building culture through leadership
Responsibilities
- Lead retained and contingent searches for senior leaders (Director to C-suite) in HR and Legal functions
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships and serve as a strategic partner
- Collaborate cross-functionally with consulting, brand, and talent teams
- Apply modern practices—including AI-powered sourcing, selection, and assessment tools
- Help shape the future of our executive search methodology and thought leadership
