Established business network within the financial and payments ecosystem. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across diverse teams and time zones. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills. Comfortable working in fast-changing, ambiguous environments and taking calculated risks. In-depth knowledge of the African market and regulatory landscape. Technical knowledge related to payment systems is a plus. Commitment to compliance and regulatory adherence.
