Engineering Manager, Developer Impact (Developer Experience)

Experience leading teams focused on developer productivity, developer experience, or internal platforms. Proven engineering leader with management experience. Experience in a hypothesis-driven, experimental environment. Shipped production code with a solid grasp of modern software development practices (CI/CD, version control, code review, cloud infrastructure). Hands-on familiarity with building or improving internal tools or automation for dev teams. Interest or experience in applying AI/ML to developer workflows. Ability to think like a product manager for internal tooling. Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams. Experience in providing coaching, constructive feedback, and mentorship.
