1-2 years of experience as a Call Center Representative, Patient Service Representative, or Healthcare Virtual Assistant. Hands-on experience with Office Practicum (OP) EMR is required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare processes, medical terminology, and EMR systems. Experience supporting pediatric or outpatient practices. Knowledge of insurance workflows and patient billing inquiries. Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher. Wired internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection. Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise.
