Senior Legal & Operations Specialist

5+ years of experience in risk management, paralegal, and/or compliance advisory work 3+ years of experience owning projects end-to-end, including design, execution, and ongoing monitoring and improvement Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates ethical integrity and ability to manage confidential information Experience working with scaling companies or entrepreneurial environments is ideal

Review simple agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, and provide risk advice Establish and improve processes and standards for account ownership and payment disputes Design learning and knowledge resources for legal information access Lead research on risk issues, including emerging laws, regulatory compliance, tax, and corporate governance Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Privacy, and Security teams on risk and compliance strategies Improve and manage legal and risk controls
