Salesforce/Admin Expertise: Comfort with building workflows, automation, and integrations in Salesforce. Proficiency in other relevant platforms (ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Ironclad) is a plus. Analytical & Organized: Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for juggling multiple high-priority projects and tight deadlines. Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders. Strategic Mindset: Willingness to innovate, troubleshoot emerging challenges, and implement lasting operational improvements. Excellent Communication: Skilled at delivering structured thinking and clear recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with additional data visualization or BI tools is beneficial.
