Review and evaluate deals for policy alignment, internal compliance, and booking accuracy. Act as a trusted advisor for Sales, working with Legal, GTM Operations, and various other business partners to guide deals towards closure. Assist with all aspects of deal management including: deal approvals, deal configuration/structuring, pricing, and escalation of non-standard requests. Support Finance teams during month end close and audit review cycles. Educate Sales teams on process changes, policy updates, and Deal Desk best practices. Work cross functionally with GTM Operations, Billing, Revenue, Collections to improve deal processes. Provide analytical insight and identify trends into day to day metrics. Represent the Finance team in cross-functional projects. Perform ad-hoc Deal Desk duties as required.
