Draft and respond to contract redlines with Legal. Provide guidance on pricing policies, discount frameworks, and deal mechanics. Resolve roadblocks to closing deals. Own proposal generation tooling and frameworks for efficient proposal creation. Develop and maintain proposal templates, deal guides, and contract playbooks. Ensure proposal tools reflect current pricing, product capabilities, and business rules. Establish scalable workflows for consistency and efficiency. Partner with Finance and Sales for forecasting, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting. Monitor CRM data quality for reporting and analytics. Analyze deal trends, discount patterns, and margin performance for optimization. Collaborate with the Systems team to enhance Salesforce quoting and workflows. Drive continuous improvement across the quote-to-cash lifecycle. Create a feedback loop for improvements based on deal insights.
