Senior ERP Data Migration Specialist

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 8+ years of experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). At least 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, including data structures and entities. 5+ years of experience with automated ETL tools and processes. Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL tools, Excel, and data manipulation. Strong experience in data analysis, conversions, source-to-target mappings, and testing. Expertise in data quality management, cleansing, validation, and governance. Ability to resolve data errors and understand entity relationships. Experience with full lifecycle ERP implementations and master data requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams. Adaptability to changing requirements and technologies. Business acumen to understand the impact of data migration on operations. Familiarity with Azure, Dataverse, Power Platform (preferred).

Lead data migration from legacy ERP systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE. Transform raw data into structured, accurate formats for analysis and reporting. Develop and manage data mapping, conversions, and automated ETL processes. Perform data analysis, cross-referencing, and consolidation from multiple sources. Collaborate with internal teams to test and validate data conversion and ETL operations. Coordinate global data migration activities and serve as the primary contact for data-related issues. Validate data mappings across legal entities and business units. Execute testing procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of migrated data. Maintain detailed documentation of migration processes, mappings, and test results. Design error handling and rollback procedures for migration processes. Cleanse and prepare data, resolve inconsistencies, and define transformation rules.
