Act as the primary point of contact for experienced advisors, addressing advanced questions, business challenges, and roadblocks. Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and resources to support business growth. Oversee the buildout, execution, and ongoing maintenance of member education events, trainings, and event spaces. Manage the RFP process and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Manage and resolve all support tickets related to the education and events team. Partner with the Member Development team to ensure strategic alignment. Escalate complex or specialized issues to appropriate teams. Document member interactions, challenges, and solutions in the system. Contribute to the continuous improvement of member education and events by gathering advisor feedback and making recommendations.
