Head of Finance (REMOTE)

8+ years of progressive finance and operations experience. 3+ years in senior leadership roles. 4 years of experience in enterprise software, cloud, or infrastructure. Proven track record scaling finance, accounting, and business operations through Series C or later. Experience building financial models for usage- or consumption-based SaaS. Strong understanding of AI applications in finance and operations. Strong foundation in US GAAP and compliance. Demonstrated success leading board and investor communications. Advanced technical and analytical skills (Excel, BI tools, SaaS financial systems). Experience implementing or optimizing modern FP&A systems. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred. Experience in remote or distributed-first organizations is a plus.

Partner with CEO and Board on company performance insights. Lead financial planning and reporting for board meetings and fundraising. Build and scale FP&A function for forecasts, budgets, and scenario modeling. Design financial models for consumption-based pricing. Develop automated dashboards and BI systems. Oversee global accounting operations. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and international standards. Lead external audits, tax preparation, and regulatory filings. Design and implement scalable processes and controls. Drive cross-functional initiatives for efficiency and automation. Own company-wide OKR cadence and annual operating plan execution.
