Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in professional services. Successful track record in Account Management and/or Customer Success roles. Experience building senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including C-suite. Commercial mindset and understanding of driving renewal conversations and relationships. Proficiency in understanding and driving conversations across revenue growth, sales, and marketing. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and collaborate with other divisions. Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills. Comfort taking ownership of tasks, projects, and activities with an eye towards improvements. Bachelor's degree.
