Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience, preferably in professional services. Successful track record in Account Management and/or Customer Success roles. Experience building senior-level business relationships and facilitating conversations at all levels, including C-suite. Commercial mindset and understanding of driving renewal conversations and relationships. Proficiency in understanding and driving conversations across revenue growth, sales, and marketing. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and collaborate with other divisions. Strong customer service, communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills. Comfort taking ownership of tasks, projects, and activities with an eye towards improvements. Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities:
Support new logo subscription pursuits, including administrative and project management tasks. Educate clients on leveraging SBI's advisory services for a fast start. Forge relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leaders. Ensure client priorities are met and orchestrate SBI resources for client growth. Monitor client engagement and satisfaction, intervening when necessary. Run proactive client outreach programs and educate on new resources. Educate and demonstrate Wayforge AI-enabled platform functionality. Drive clients towards networking opportunities and support access to SBI's network.
