5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting managing high-priority customers.
Proven track record of driving renewals and expansion.
Clinical background as a nurse, therapist, or advanced practitioner.
Ability to communicate value of clinical decision tools in driving outcomes.
Executive presence with ability to lead and influence executive and frontline teams.
Results-oriented approach with a track record of exceeding expectations.
Continuous improvement mindset.
3+ years proven ability to drive measurable value and unlock expansion opportunities with health system clients (preferred).
Experience working with health system executives and utilizing tech platforms to drive clinical and operational value (preferred).
Demonstrated problem-solving through clinical research or improvement projects (preferred).
Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate clinical research findings to diverse audiences (preferred).

Serve as primary point of contact for health system clients throughout implementation and beyond.
Cultivate relationships with key clinical and executive stakeholders.
Design strategic engagement frameworks.
Develop repeatable success processes.
Contribute to product roadmap via voice of the customer.
Scale team capabilities as the business grows.
Utilize clinical and operational data to drive decision-making, demonstrate value, reduce time to treatment, and improve patient outcomes.
Lead cross-functional teams to drive platform adoption among nursing and physician users.
Build narratives around clinical value to unlock expansion into new modules.
