Vice President of Enterprise Sales, Brokerage

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's degree or CFA is a plus. 10+ years of experience in brokerage, trading, or capital markets. At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position. Extensive experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset space is highly preferred. Proven track record of building and scaling a successful brokerage or trading business. Deep understanding of market structure, trading protocols, and risk management in traditional and digital asset markets. Strong network of institutional clients and proven ability to develop new business. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment. Experience with regulatory compliance and commitment to ethical standards.

Manage overall sales strategy and execution for trading solutions, focusing on enterprise client acquisition and retention. Identify, target, and engage C-suite executives at large enterprises to sell trading and tokenization platforms. Act as a thought leader in the tokenization and trading space, informing product and sales strategy. Partner with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align client needs with product capabilities. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure. Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team. Establish KPIs to monitor sales effectiveness and report progress to senior leadership.
