Act as the main point of contact for manufacturers, 3PL fulfillment partners, and logistics providers. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely reorders with suppliers. Troubleshoot vendor and fulfillment issues, escalating when needed. Manage internal workflows (order tracking, inventory reporting, vendor communication). Monitor and improve KPIs like inventory health, fulfillment speed, returns, and customer experience. Develop and maintain SOPs to create consistent, scalable operational processes. Proactively identify and address operational gaps or inefficiencies. Anticipate risks and implement solutions. Share data-backed insights and operational recommendations with leadership. Work closely with Marketing and Customer Support to ensure product availability aligns with promotions. Partner with Finance to manage vendor invoices, track costs, and maintain budget alignment. Support executive leadership with special projects and scaling initiatives.
