Requirements:
3+ years in an agency or client services environment. Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization. Experience supporting cross-functional teams. Financial fluency: owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-savvy: can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable. Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality. Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms (nice-to-have). Experience upselling or growing client accounts (nice-to-have). Working knowledge of project management tools (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with media strategists to analyze data and guide strategy. Translate metrics into clear narratives and strategic recommendations. Own forecasting, budget tracking, and campaign pacing. Keep clients and teams informed on industry trends. Use generative AI tools to streamline work and spark ideas.
