Financial fluency: owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-savvy: can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable. Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and quality. Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, or similar analytics platforms (nice-to-have).
