Requirements:

3+ years in an agency or client services environment. Proven success in performance marketing, including paid media execution and optimization. Experience supporting cross-functional teams. Financial fluency: owned budgets, forecasts, and media pacing. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Data-savvy: can interpret campaign metrics and pivot strategy.
