Requirements:
Organized and process-driven with high attention to detail Client-facing personality, comfortable speaking to senior executives Tech-savvy with ability to master marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, SEMRush) Excellent verbal communication and writing skills Driven, self-starter personality, able to work in a fast-paced environment Result-driven and able to analyze and improve performance Sense of ownership and pride in performance and growth trajectory 4+ years of professional marketing experience At least 2 years in a B2B marketing role At least one year in a marketing agency environment Experience managing accounts and client relationships Experience leading meetings and being the main point of contact for clients Well-versed with HubSpot or comparable CRM software Experience creating and managing demand generation campaigns for B2B companies Experience using multi-channel approaches for lead generation Experience analyzing campaign results and optimizing conversions Experience overseeing timely project delivery from ideation to launch Experience with Google's marketing suite (Analytics, Ads, etc.)
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client relationships Create weekly meeting agendas and present updates Supervise account coordinators and specialists Contribute to account strategy and tactics Develop multi-channel campaign calendars Work with internal teams to deliver campaigns Review campaign materials for quality and best practices Create performance reports, analyze results, and optimize campaigns Ensure timely delivery and implementation of campaigns Monitor internal team assignments and follow up with stakeholders
