Midwife - France

Hold Registered Midwife license on the roll of the Chamber of Midwives. Must be residing in France. Must be fluent in English and French. Ability to provide direct member care for 5 hours per week. 3+ years practicing independently. 3+ years of prior experience in the telehealth space. Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform. Own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOS16. Access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access. Passionate about women’s and family health.

Provide virtual care and support to women and families during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods via video consults and messaging. Make decisions on labor and delivery options (hospital, birth centers, home births). Provide postpartum care, including breastfeeding and incontinence issues. Address perinatal mood disorders, such as postpartum depression and anxiety. Capture encounter summary documentation in MPractice. Collaborate with the Care Delivery team for member needs, including in-person referrals. Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model, providing culturally humble care.
