Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience, or 5+ years progressive professional experience with a Master’s Degree
- 2+ years in healthcare strategy & operations consulting strongly preferred
- Experience in value-based care strongly preferred
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting data in health care settings, ideally in a population health and/or primary care environment, strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Advanced PPT skills required

- Research, analyze, report on, and inform Aledade’s EHR workflow efforts
- Drive data analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Gather, assess, and synthesize stakeholder input
- Manage project plans, deliverables, and communication
- Serve as the Office of the CEO liaison to key teams
