Lead high-impact, cross-disciplinary special projects across engineering, marketing tech, operations, and M&A. Serve as the strategic and technical owner of initiatives involving AI, automation, CRM enhancements, or new tool selection. Champion AI progress and partner with the AI council on strategy and execution. Identify scalable use cases for AI to enhance efficiency, insights, or innovation. Evaluate, prototype, and implement modern technologies like AI/ML and automation frameworks. Work hands-on to write proof-of-concept code and lead architecture design. Build and support data migration and conversion efforts for acquisitions and process optimization. Support infrastructure team in selecting and deploying scalable, secure, and efficient internal and client-facing tools. Partner with Marketing, Service, advisors, and Client Experience teams to co-implement technology-backed growth strategies.
