  • 5 + years of hands on Salesforce Configuration
  • 3+ years of hands-on design, coding, integration, and deployment experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL) - Required
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs
  • Strong experience with Managed Packages, Connected Apps, Named Credentials, etc.
  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience preferred
  • Mastery of Salesforce Flow Builder/Orchestrator required

  • Lead requirements gathering sessions using various methods including interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, and scenarios.
  • Design adaptable and scalable solutions that meet current business needs and can be leveraged to address future needs. Create data flow diagrams and process flow diagrams to facilitate better system understanding.
  • Analyze business processes and design scalable solutions to increase operational maturity.
  • Provide strategic guidance for the Salesforce.com platform, identifying and proposing innovative capabilities.
  • Lead and oversee testing efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Drive business stakeholders toward consensus and decisions.
