Manage functions and processes for growing existing accounts to meet revenue and GP goals. Strengthen relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, C-Suite, and executive sponsors. Drive account plans for assigned accounts. Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and identify areas of improvement. Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and scope of services for program modifications. Lead the Renewal Process with clients. Manage Statement of Work Addendums and Change Orders. Elevate and implement Account Management/Growth model. Act as a Cielo advocate to client stakeholders. Manage Strategic Planning process per client. Develop cross-program benchmarking analysis and reports. Develop Center of Excellence – best practices across like programs. Clearly communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Forecast and track key account management metrics. Perform Root Cause Analysis for systemic issue resolution and continuous improvement projects. Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations. Contribute to developing sector expertise with industry & client-based information. Identify channel and other partnership opportunities. Provide integral leadership and support roles with key client business reviews. Participate in sector think tanks, webinars, and conferences. Contribute to developing new products and services.
