Senior Business Development Manager, Federal/DOD

5 years or more of experience in direct federal business development of high-value opportunities, or equivalent multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts. Willingness to travel 80% or more throughout the United States. CAD/CAM knowledge and experience is a plus. Expert knowledge of government procurement processes, systems and regulations. Program and project management experience. Current US passport or the ability to obtain one upon acceptance of an offer. Must be a US born citizen.

Build strategic alliances with senior leaders in government, defense, and politics. Position the organization as an indispensable partner for critical Air Force and DOD missions. Anticipate and influence emerging needs of the Air Force and military. Translate high-level dialogue and strategic intelligence into actionable capture strategies. Provide compelling value propositions to government customers. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to government stakeholders. Drive breakthrough growth and enterprise expansion within the DOD and Air Force. Champion long-term strategic initiatives to build enduring pipelines and expand contract vehicles.
