Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in federal sales, business development, or lead generation within the cloud native, cybersecurity, or devops industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM systems (HubSpot CRM or Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic business plans to identify and pursue new opportunities in the public sector. Prospect and identify potential clients in the security sales market using various lead generation techniques. Conduct research on prospects to identify their security needs and pain points. Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads by meeting targets. Qualify leads based on business requirements and match them with security solutions. Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team. Collaborate with the sales team on targeted sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system. Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security technologies. Attend sales training and participate in team meetings. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on interactions.
