7-10 years of accounting experience Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role as a Controller Deep expertise in NetSuite Experience in Cost Accounting and vertically-integrated manufacturing environments is highly desirable Strong commercial experience in an omni channel environment, with retail experience CPA required MBA strongly preferred Proven ability to develop and implement robust accounting policies, controls, and processes Demonstrated experience building and scaling a team Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards

Own and support accounting and reporting processes Manage close and consolidation for financial statements Provide analytical support for complex accounting areas Partner with Commercial teams on retail finances Implement new accounting standards, policies, controls, and processes Analyze financial trends and KPIs Handle monthly accounting close activities and financial statement preparation Stay informed on GAAP impact on financial projections Develop automated reporting and dashboards Monitor performance indicators and analyze variances Deliver ad-hoc reporting and prepare presentations Build and scale the accounting team
