Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in accounting, business administration, or related field. Minimum of ten years of relevant work experience. Ability to process, reconcile, and report on multi-location payroll. Solid experience with general accounting and bookkeeping. Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet/database systems. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff. Ability to work with staff in remote locations and in a diverse, multinational environment. Prior experience with nonprofit software such as NetSuite. Prior experience with third-party payroll software such as UKG. Prior experience working in nonprofit/NGO global accounting operations.
