Prior admin/receptionist experience (healthcare background preferred). Experience with billing or payment processing is a plus. Strong written communication and organizational skills. Tech-savvy with scheduling and office tools. U.S.-based, with knowledge of healthcare practices (HIPAA familiarity a bonus).
Responsibilities:
