Requirements:
3–4 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or similar role. Strong background in bookkeeping or accounting tasks. Experience using QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce, or similar tools. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a PST schedule. Tech-savvy, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and process invoices and track payments. Record and categorize expenses using accounting software. Reconcile accounts weekly. Generate financial reports. Support payroll preparation. Maintain and update member records in CRM. Onboard new members. Track member status updates. Respond to routine member inquiries. Enter and update contact and account details in CRM. Create and maintain CRM reports and dashboards. Conduct CRM data audits. Assist in creating CRM workflows and templates. Participate in system migrations, including data migration and testing. Perform back-end accounting and bookkeeping tasks. Assist with general administrative duties. Adapt to evolving scope of work.
