Fundraising Campaign Consultant (Remote US Based, Austin, TX)

2+ years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, higher education, or consulting BA/BS degree Working knowledge of databases, and/or fundraising database software (Salesforce preferred) Exceptional level of organization and project management skills Ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with clients Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple projects Ability to lead and manage internal account teams Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges and deliver client-focused solutions Experience working for non-profits is preferred Membership in a Greek social organization is preferred

Conduct pre-campaign feasibility studies Direct capital campaigns Conduct major gift prospect research Schedule and conduct interviews with major gift prospects Analyze interview results and formulate recommendations Develop and implement campaign strategies Identify, recruit, train and manage volunteer campaign leadership Schedule and conduct solicitations Maintain working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Adobe Acrobat Periodic travel for meetings and volunteer training, up to 25%
