Requirements:
Extensive experience working with product teams as a Senior Product Designer on B2C products Using both product metrics and UX metrics to shape your decisions Provision of high-quality Design and Technical documentation Familiar with User Research Methods, both qualitative and quantitative Expertise in conducting user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, user surveys, and A/B tests Experience with Figma, JIRA, and Confluence Being a self-starter C1+ or higher level of English proficiency
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business data to identify areas for improvement. Evaluate business processes and conduct research. Collect and refine requirements from stakeholders. Create detailed technical documentation for the IT department. Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives. Produce written reports summarizing data analysis. Provide guidance and training to help implement recommended changes. Gather data to assess the impact of implemented changes. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications. Provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications. Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions. Continuously seek opportunities to refine and enhance the user experience. Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional. Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma. Create and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide. Ensure all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines.
