Requirements:
3-5 years of channel sales and territory management in networking or security sectors. Experience building successful business and marketing plans. Understanding of the technology channel ecosystem and partner business models (VAR/MSP etc.). Adept at account management and business partner techniques. Strong interpersonal, active listening, discovery, and qualification skills. Solid technical acumen to explain technology benefits; strong cybersecurity knowledge is an advantage. Experience translating market trends and customer needs into business opportunities for partners. Ability to thrive in a team selling environment and build relationships. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships across partners to drive revenue growth and profitability, especially for mid-market customers, MSP, and MDR. Build and execute business plans to identify, develop, and close incremental opportunities. Enable partners to leverage Sophos solutions and services for improved customer security. Support partners in qualifying and closing complex customer deals. Manage joint business reviews and planning processes with partners. Collaborate on marketing plans with partners to drive sales pipeline. Coordinate Sophos staff involvement to meet partner objectives. Drive high renewal rates by ensuring partner focus on renewals. Ensure the Sophos Sales Centre of Excellence is engaged for sub-100 user opportunities. Motivate, educate, and ensure partner sales and technical staff are go-to-market ready.
